Important:   Developers, other than the City of Hamilton, and architects is yet to be declared. The Requests for Qualifications closed on July 10. Up to five prequalified proponents will be selected to proceed to the RFP stage that will take place in the fall of 2017. Stage 2 is a Request for Proposals (RFP) process; only shortlisted proponents from Stage 1 will be able to participate in Stage 2.
