About:              The project was approved in the spring of 2017 and is designed by Frank Gehry in partnership with David Mirvish. Consisting of two towers, 92 and 82 floors respectively, when completed it will be among the tallest skyscapers in Toronto and Canada.

The two towers will be located on either side of Duncan Street, in Toronto’s King West neighbourhood, and be an impressive addition to the Toronto Skyline, right in the core of downtown.

Together, they are set to have 1,950 units. Beneath the condos, the plan is to have a public art gallery devoted to Mirvish’s collection of abstract expressionist art, and a new campus for the OCAD University.

“Mirvish+Gehry Toronto will include approximately 115,000 sq. ft. of office space, perfect for financial institutions, public and private sector enterprises, non-profits and other business organizations looking to open a corporate office in a premier downtown neighbourhood”. Furthermore, the project includes over 85,000 sq. ft. of multi-level retail opportunities.
