Part of the redevelopment of West Don Lands which is part of the redevelopment of Toronto Waterfront
River city will, when completed, exists of 5 residential building. Phase 4, the last residential building, is the final phase of the project. Phase 4 (Harris Square) is anticipated to comprise 150 units in an 11 storey building at the head of Lawren Harris Square.
